TOTO NEOREST NX1 Dual Flush 1.0 or 0.8 GPF ADA Height Toilet with Integrated Bidet Seat MS902CUMFG#01 with EWATER+ and ACTILIGHT technology is truly a revolution with innovation and technology that brings the highest in luxury right to your home. The benefits of the NEOREST NX1 begin even before use with a soft illuminating nightlight to guide you in the dark and the hands-free lid that automatically opens to welcome you in as you approach.
Next an automatic PREMIST® spray wets the CEFIONTECT® toilet bowl surface. CEFIONTECT is TOTO’s ceramic glazing that minimizes waste from sticking to the bowl. The combination of the PREMIST® and the CEFIONTECT minimize the frequency of cleaning which helps reduce the amount of chemicals required to clean the toilet.
While in use, the contoured seat is heated with five temperature settings for personalized comfort while an automatic air deodorizer activates to hide unpleasantries. Conveniently access the remote control to change any setting and start the cleanse process. A self-cleaning wand will appear to create a sanitary and intimate water stream cleanse. You are in total control of the temperature and pressure as you can select a front cleanses, soft rear cleanse, rear cleanse, oscillating cleanse or pulsating cleanse. You may also decide to select one of the two user memory settings to instantly choose your customized preferences.
You can finish up by using the air dryer that reduces the moisture left behind after cleaning. The automatic flush will begin as soon as you rise. The powerful flushing of the 1G TORNADO FLUSH® system, combined with the CEFIONTECT whisks away all of the evidence for a superiorly clean bowl. You can always opt to utilize the 1.0 GPF flush for stronger jobs.
A cleansing EWATER+ mists the wand and toilet bowl, reducing the need for harsh cleaning chemicals. The lid automatically closes as if it is saying “Goodbye”, as you marvel at the beauty and technology behind the NEOREST.

The company was a pleasure to work with. I wasn't sure I was buying the right product, so I dropped Customer Service an email. The company said 2 days and I thought "no way". Was delivered in two days and my husband loves it too!
I'd purchased a bidet from another company & started second-guessing my purchase. While reading online reviews I ran across a stellar review about Neal @ EverFlow Bidet. I gave Neal a call. He was magnificent. My husband has Parkinsons with balance issues, along with incontinence. We have support rails on all 3 of our toilets. Our concern - could we use our type of support rail on the new bidet? Neal asked me to send him a photo of our support rails so there was no confusion about the type we had. The answer was no. However, Neal researched on-line & found another portable, collapsible support rail that might work & e-mailed me options. In follow-up conversations, Neal worked with me to suggest different bidet styles & reviewed the pros & cons of each one. We finally made our purchase knowing we could have a bidet without giving up support rails. The bidet arrived. Neal had mentioned he pays extra for packaging to ensure the bidet arrives at our door safe & sound. That comment was not an exaggeration. It took our plumber 2 hours to remove old toilet & install new bidet toilet combo. The manual from ToTo was easy to read with clear graphics. The product is quality to match Neal's customer service.
Is a great product, easy install, ran into some shipping issues but folks at Everflow were great to work with, they ultimately got things resolved so that I received the product in a timely manner.

We ordered a high-end bidet from EverFlow about two weeks ago, and the product showed up within days, not weeks. Unfortunately, the courier damaged it during transit. I was pretty nervous about what dealing with customer service on an issue like this was going to look like.
Much to my surprise, when I called, I ended up speaking directly with the owner of the company. He was incredibly kind, apologetic, and genuinely concerned about making the situation right. There was no runaround and no arguing over whose fault it was. He simply took ownership of the problem and immediately got a replacement unit on the road.
From the original order to receiving the replacement, the entire process took barely over two weeks.

Control panel is easy to navigate for daily use while "set & forget" functions (seat heat & energy savings settings, night light, etc.) require reference to the owner's manual.
