PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The TOTO T40 WASHLET+ EP Wall-Hung Elongated Toilet with S2 WASHLET Bidet Seat and DuoFit® In-Wall 1.28 and 0.9 GPF Dual-Flush Tank System delivers style with innovative performance. WASHLET+ toilets are designed to conceal the WASHLET power cord and water supply hose for a seamless installation.
Part of the newly redesigned S series, the WASHLET S2 features a built in night light, a soft rear spray, rear cleanse, and front cleanse with the option of an oscillating stream. The temperature and pressure of the water are adjustable with three temperature settings and five pressure settings. The controls are located on a convenient arm control panel.
PREMIST® wets the surface of the toilet bowl, aiding in the removal of waste and resulting in a better clean. The S2 model utilizes TOTO's EWATER+® system when the wand self-cleans. EWATER+ transforms the water into a safe and powerful compound, creating peace of mind by cleaning the inside and outside of the wand before and after every use. The WASHLET features a heated SoftClose® seat with three temperature settings.
The DuoFit® tank provides a WaterSense® certified dual-flush option with TOTO’s DYNAMAX TORNADO FLUSH. This hole-free rim design generates a centrifugal, cyclonic rinsing action and allows you to proactively conserve water by choosing between a 0.8 GPF rinse or 1.28 GPF for tougher jobs. The skirted design of the EP bowl conceals the trapway, which enhances the elegant look of the toilet and adds an additional level of sophistication.
This wall-hung toilet bowl also features TOTO's CEFIONTECT glaze that minimizes waste from sticking to the ceramic. This feature, coupled with the DYNAMAX TORNADO FLUSH, assists in reducing the frequency of toilet cleanings, and minimizing the usage of water, harsh chemicals, and time required for cleaning.
The DuoFit® harness allows you to select a mounting height of 15 to 19 inches. This provides the opportunity for you to establish a comfortable bowl height for a wide array of individuals. The in-wall unit can support up to 880lbs when installed properly.
The kit arrives ready to be installed within a 2” x 6” stud setting with a 2" x 6" polyethylene waste outlet. If you require installation within a 2” x 4” setting, you can purchase TOTO’s 2” x 4” PVC outlet kit (THU343).
Includes: EP WASHLET+ toilet bowl, S2 WASHLET+, DuoFit in-wall Tank with copper supply, silver push plate, WASHLET Connection Kit, and mounting hardware. Compatible with T40 WASHLET+ electronic bidet seat and toilet bowl components only.

Let customers speak for us
Seat is very comfortable and we use at least 50% less toilet paper.
Enjoying the seat very much.
To Toto bidet is great. Easy to follow instructions, and great service
My order was well packaged, delivered in a reasonable amount of time, and the price was right. I really needed a bidet that was not tankless because the power draw of a tankless model caused bathroom lights to flicker with every use :(. The smaller power demand of the model I purchased makes a big difference. Too bad TOTO has stopped making tankless models.
Our experience has been great. We were about to move to our new house and I ordered two sets of electric japanese bidets from EverFlowBidets because they offered the best deals and they had a very good reputation. I panicked when i unpacked the package and found that one piece (tank) was broken- seems that the shipper didnt handle the fragile package with enough care. I gave customer service a call and they were extremely understanding and helpful. I was able to get a new piece overnight and free of charge. Much appreciated!
I did a lot of research, settled on this one, and I’m glad I did. Had it about 6 months now- easy install, still tightly attached, no issues with operation at all. Delivered on time, too. Very happy with it!
The ToTo Washlet exceeds expectations. Reasonably priced, delivered as promised, clear directions, installs easily, and works effortlessly.
This bidet has made regular toilets a disappointment. It was super easy to install too with clear instructions and a good manual that talks about how to clean it safely since electronics are involved. Cleaning is also really easy. If you’re someone who has IBS (which was our households motivator for purchasing it), it’s helpful for flare ups and making them less awful by allowing easier cleanup. A side note: the heated seat is something you quickly get used to that you’ll notice the absence of immediately if you then go use a normal toilet.
The only thing we would’ve changed is it probably would’ve been better to get an elongated bidet and switch out our toilet completely. If you’re a bigger person (even from just sheer size), the elongated would probably be better as the round seat is noticeably smaller than a normal toilet’s round toilet seat.
Good delivery and working well
Our Toto KS6 was easy for me to install and provides all of the hoped for comfort and hygienic benefits. Toto remains the standard in washlets.
The company was a pleasure to work with. I wasn't sure I was buying the right product, so I dropped Customer Service an email. Imagine my surprise when the owner of the company called me to answer my question! I received my new bidet, though I'm waiting on an electrician to install an outlet in the bathroom so I can install the bidet. I'll update this review once the product is in. Will absolutely buy from this company again!
The transaction was smooth and customer service was beyond exceptional. Will be making another purchase again in the near future!
We haven’t installed it yet as this is a new build. No issues with receiving and package very well.
I have not had such good customer service, even in a face-to-face store. Already have my next order planned for when I do the other bathroom. Neal was an absolute delight to work with. Not just anyone, the owner of the company
The company said 2 days and I thought "no way". Was delivered in two days and my husband loves it too!
I'd purchased a bidet from another company & started second-guessing my purchase. While reading online reviews I ran across a stellar review about Neal @ EverFlow Bidet. I gave Neal a call. He was magnificent. My husband has Parkinsons with balance issues, along with incontinence. We have support rails on all 3 of our toilets. Our concern - could we use our type of support rail on the new bidet? Neal asked me to send him a photo of our support rails so there was no confusion about the type we had. The answer was no. However, Neal researched on-line & found another portable, collapsible support rail that might work & e-mailed me options. In follow-up conversations, Neal worked with me to suggest different bidet styles & reviewed the pros & cons of each one. We finally made our purchase knowing we could have a bidet without giving up support rails. The bidet arrived. Neal had mentioned he pays extra for packaging to ensure the bidet arrives at our door safe & sound. That comment was not an exaggeration. It took our plumber 2 hours to remove old toilet & install new bidet toilet combo. The manual from ToTo was easy to read with clear graphics. The product is quality to match Neal's customer service.
