The TOTO Drake II Universal Height Elongated Toilet Bowl is designed for use with the Drake II 1G® ST453U 1.0GPF or Drake II ST454E 1.28 GPF tank. The Drake II features TOTO’s TORNADO FLUSH®, a hole-free rim design with dual-nozzles that creates a centrifugal washing action that assists in rinsing the bowl more efficiently.
This version of the TOTO Drake II includes CEFIONTECT, a layer of ceramic glaze that minimizes waste from sticking to ceramic surfaces. This feature, coupled with TORNADO FLUSH, assists to reduce the frequency of toilet cleanings, minimizing the usage of water, harsh chemicals, and time required for cleaning. The Drake II is designed in TOTO’s Universal Height, which allows for a more comfortable seat position across a wide range of users. The bowl is ADA compliant and when paired with its tank, it meets the standards for EPA WaterSense®, and California’s CEC and CALGreen requirements. Additional items needed for installation and use must be purchased separately: tank, wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, water supply lines, and toilet seat.

This bidet has made regular toilets a disappointment. It was super easy to install too with clear instructions and a good manual that talks about how to clean it safely since electronics are involved. Cleaning is also really easy. If you’re someone who has IBS (which was our households motivator for purchasing it), it’s helpful for flare ups and making them less awful by allowing easier cleanup. A side note: the heated seat is something you quickly get used to that you’ll notice the absence of immediately if you then go use a normal toilet.
The only thing we would’ve changed is it probably would’ve been better to get an elongated bidet and switch out our toilet completely. If you’re a bigger person (even from just sheer size), the elongated would probably be better as the round seat is noticeably smaller than a normal toilet’s round toilet seat.
Good delivery and working well
Our Toto KS6 was easy for me to install and provides all of the hoped for comfort and hygienic benefits. Toto remains the standard in washlets.
The company was a pleasure to work with. I wasn't sure I was buying the right product, so I dropped Customer Service an email. Imagine my surprise when the owner of the company called me to answer my question! I received my new bidet, though I'm waiting on an electrician to install an outlet in the bathroom so I can install the bidet. I'll update this review once the product is in. Will absolutely buy from this company again!
The transaction was smooth and customer service was beyond exceptional. Will be making another purchase again in the near future!

I'd purchased a bidet from another company & started second-guessing my purchase. While reading online reviews I ran across a stellar review about Neal @ EverFlow Bidet. I gave Neal a call. He was magnificent. My husband has Parkinsons with balance issues, along with incontinence. We have support rails on all 3 of our toilets. Our concern - could we use our type of support rail on the new bidet? Neal asked me to send him a photo of our support rails so there was no confusion about the type we had. The answer was no. However, Neal researched on-line & found another portable, collapsible support rail that might work & e-mailed me options. In follow-up conversations, Neal worked with me to suggest different bidet styles & reviewed the pros & cons of each one. We finally made our purchase knowing we could have a bidet without giving up support rails. The bidet arrived. Neal had mentioned he pays extra for packaging to ensure the bidet arrives at our door safe & sound. That comment was not an exaggeration. It took our plumber 2 hours to remove old toilet & install new bidet toilet combo. The manual from ToTo was easy to read with clear graphics. The product is quality to match Neal's customer service.
Is a great product, easy install, ran into some shipping issues but folks at Everflow were great to work with, they ultimately got things resolved so that I received the product in a timely manner.

We ordered a high-end bidet from EverFlow about two weeks ago, and the product showed up within days, not weeks. Unfortunately, the courier damaged it during transit. I was pretty nervous about what dealing with customer service on an issue like this was going to look like.
Much to my surprise, when I called, I ended up speaking directly with the owner of the company. He was incredibly kind, apologetic, and genuinely concerned about making the situation right. There was no runaround and no arguing over whose fault it was. He simply took ownership of the problem and immediately got a replacement unit on the road.
From the original order to receiving the replacement, the entire process took barely over two weeks.
That is one of the most impressive customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Problems happen, especially when third-party freight companies are involved. What separates great companies is how they respond when something goes wrong.

Replaced all 4 toilets in our home and all are performing identically after more than 6 months in service -- a testament to the product's overall quality control. Control panel is easy to navigate for daily use while "set & forget" functions (seat heat & energy savings settings, night light, etc.) require reference to the owner's manual. Neal was refreshingly informative and even passed some bulk shipment savings on to us for the palletized arrival. Couldn't be happier!
