TOTO Aquia IV One-Piece Toilet with WASHLET S5 Bidet Seat
The TOTO T40 WASHLET+ Aquia IV combines a sleek, one-piece design with advanced bidet technology for a clean, modern, and comfortable bathroom experience. The WASHLET+ system conceals the power cord and water supply hose, creating a seamless, clutter-free look that complements any bathroom style.
Also available in Sedona Beige: prefer a warm beige finish? Get this same pairing as the TOTO Aquia IV S5 WASHLET+ bidet toilet combo in Sedona Beige.
Smart Comfort Meets Modern Design
Paired with the newly redesigned WASHLET S5 bidet seat, this model offers a luxurious upgrade to your daily routine. Enjoy adjustable front, rear, and soft rear washes with oscillating and pulsating spray modes—all controlled from a slim, wireless remote. Each function features five temperature and pressure levels for personalized comfort.
The S5’s heated SoftClose® seat keeps you warm year-round, while the built-in nightlight softly illuminates the bowl for easy use in low light. A warm air dryer and deodorizer complete the experience, reducing toilet paper use and maintaining freshness.
Advanced Hygiene with EWATER+® and PREMIST®
The PREMIST® function sprays the bowl before each use to help waste rinse away easily. After each wash, EWATER+® automatically cleans the wand inside and out—no chemicals required. This self-cleaning system keeps your toilet fresh, hygienic, and low-maintenance day after day.
Powerful and Efficient Flushing
The Aquia IV toilet features TOTO’s DYNAMAX TORNADO FLUSH®, delivering 360° cleaning power that reaches every part of the bowl. The CEFIONTECT glaze prevents waste from sticking, reducing the need for scrubbing and harsh cleaners. Choose between a 1.28 GPF full flush or a 0.9 GPF light flush using the chrome dual push button for efficient water conservation.
Designed for Every Home
Built at TOTO’s Universal Height for optimal comfort, the Aquia IV’s skirted one-piece design eliminates gaps between the tank and bowl—making cleaning simple and fast. It installs easily with a 12" rough-in and can be adapted for 10" or 14" rough-ins with optional parts (sold separately).

I love it.
Really good bidet, unlimited hot water and powerfull flow , I love it!
Seat is very comfortable and we use at least 50% less toilet paper.
Enjoying the seat very much.
To Toto bidet is great. Easy to follow instructions, and great service
My order was well packaged, delivered in a reasonable amount of time, and the price was right. I really needed a bidet that was not tankless because the power draw of a tankless model caused bathroom lights to flicker with every use :(. The smaller power demand of the model I purchased makes a big difference. Too bad TOTO has stopped making tankless models.
Our experience has been great. We were about to move to our new house and I ordered two sets of electric japanese bidets from EverFlowBidets because they offered the best deals and they had a very good reputation. I panicked when i unpacked the package and found that one piece (tank) was broken- seems that the shipper didnt handle the fragile package with enough care. I gave customer service a call and they were extremely understanding and helpful. I was able to get a new piece overnight and free of charge. Much appreciated!
I did a lot of research, settled on this one, and I’m glad I did. Had it about 6 months now- easy install, still tightly attached, no issues with operation at all. Delivered on time, too. Very happy with it!
The ToTo Washlet exceeds expectations. Reasonably priced, delivered as promised, clear directions, installs easily, and works effortlessly.
This bidet has made regular toilets a disappointment. It was super easy to install too with clear instructions and a good manual that talks about how to clean it safely since electronics are involved. Cleaning is also really easy. If you’re someone who has IBS (which was our households motivator for purchasing it), it’s helpful for flare ups and making them less awful by allowing easier cleanup. A side note: the heated seat is something you quickly get used to that you’ll notice the absence of immediately if you then go use a normal toilet.
The only thing we would’ve changed is it probably would’ve been better to get an elongated bidet and switch out our toilet completely. If you’re a bigger person (even from just sheer size), the elongated would probably be better as the round seat is noticeably smaller than a normal toilet’s round toilet seat.
Good delivery and working well
Our Toto KS6 was easy for me to install and provides all of the hoped for comfort and hygienic benefits. Toto remains the standard in washlets.
The company was a pleasure to work with. I wasn't sure I was buying the right product, so I dropped Customer Service an email. Imagine my surprise when the owner of the company called me to answer my question! I received my new bidet, though I'm waiting on an electrician to install an outlet in the bathroom so I can install the bidet. I'll update this review once the product is in. Will absolutely buy from this company again!
The transaction was smooth and customer service was beyond exceptional. Will be making another purchase again in the near future!
We haven’t installed it yet as this is a new build. No issues with receiving and package very well.
I have not had such good customer service, even in a face-to-face store. Already have my next order planned for when I do the other bathroom. Neal was an absolute delight to work with. Not just anyone, the owner of the company
