Easily open the lid, seat and flush the toilet with the convenient kick control located at the base of the toilet. Bio Bidet has incorporated several automated features into the Discovery DLX. The seat and lid can both be opened and closed automatically using the remote control. The toilet will also automatically flush when you get off the seat, or you can use the flush button on the remote control.
The DLX's built in "kick" button at the front of the toilet provides further hands-free functionality. This button near the base of the toilet can be tapped with your foot and, depending on how many times you tap it, will automatically raise the lid, raise the seat and flush the toilet. This unique element enables a friendlier hands-free experience.
The wash functions of the Bio Bidet Discovery DLX include separate posterior and feminine wash options as you would expect in a modern bidet with adjustable water pressure and water temperature as well as adjustable nozzle position. Both wash functions offer oscillating wash where the nozzle moves back and forth during the cleaning cycle for better coverage with the wash stream. The Discovery DLX is equipped with an updated on-demand water heating system designed to respond more quickly to temperature adjustments. This advanced water heater allows for the "dynamic stream" wash option included in the unit. This option initiates a wash stream that rapidly goes back and forth from warm water to cold water repeatedly and is designed to help alleviate constipation.
Another feature built into the new Bio Bidet Discovery DLX bidet is the UV sterilization. After every wash cycle, the DLX uses ultraviolet light on the stainless steel nozzle when it retracts to kill any microorganisms and disinfect the wash nozzle.
Another upgrade is the air dryer. Upgraded to be stronger than the air dryer on previous models, the Discovery DLX dryer offers adjustable air temperature settings plus adjustable fan speed designed to provide more effective drying.
With the updated air dryer, UV sterilization, hands-free seat and lid as well as the automated flush function, this is the most hands-free bidet ever from Bio Bidet.
Besides these updates, there are other features that add to the luxury and user-friendliness of the Discovery DLX smart toilet. The adjustable temperature heated seat is a welcome feature, especially during the cooler months of the year. The built-in night light illuminates inside the bowl area for more convenient nighttime use.
The wall-mounted wireless remote control has a two-sided design for ease of use and a clean look. The power saving mode will automatically turn the unit off if not used for a 24 hour period, and it can be easily turned back on via the power button on the side of the bidet. The Bio Bidet DLX Discovery is an integrated bidet toilet, meaning the bidet components are built into the toilet unit itself. If the bidet seat or components need to be serviced or replaced, we recommend contacting us directly — we can help determine whether the unit qualifies for warranty service or explore replacement options. If the unit is still within the warranty period, the manufacturer may cover repairs or replacement parts. For out-of-warranty situations, we can assist in finding the appropriate solution. I'd purchased a bidet from another company & started second-guessing my purchase. While reading online reviews I ran across a stellar review about Neal @ EverFlow Bidet. I gave Neal a call. He was magnificent. My husband has Parkinsons with balance issues, along with incontinence. We have support rails on all 3 of our toilets. Our concern - could we use our type of support rail on the new bidet? Neal asked me to send him a photo of our support rails so there was no confusion about the type we had. The answer was no. Is a great product, easy install, ran into some shipping issues but folks at Everflow were great to work with, they ultimately got things resolved so that I received the product in a timely manner.

I didn’t know a toilet could change my worldview, but then I met the TOTO S7A Washlet.
This is not merely a bidet. It is a tiny, porcelain-adjacent butler who appears to have been trained at a five-star Japanese spa. The seat warms itself. The lid opens like the arrival of royalty. A gentle pre-mist prepares the porcelain. And then, when the moment arrives, a perfectly aimed stream of warm water performs its exceedingly dignified work.
There are settings. So many settings. At this point, I am less concerned with “going to the bathroom” than I am with curating an experience.
The heated seat alone feels like a small act of civilization. The deodorizer quietly handles the evidence. The dryer offers a dignified conclusion. And the whole production happens with such technological confidence that you begin to wonder why the rest of your house isn’t also operated by a Japanese engineer with impeccable manners.
The S7A has ruined ordinary toilets for me. A conventional toilet now feels like a primitive ceramic bucket—an artifact from an era when humanity apparently believed wiping with dry paper was the pinnacle of sanitation.

A new shoulder on March 4 2026 and the first bidet installed three days prior. The second one two weeks after the surgery. Both work perfectly. Thinking about putting one in our second home in Calistoga. Highly recommend a bidet.

Growing up i am used to use water to clean the tushy and moving to US was a challenge as there is now hand shower or wet wipes. Once i got to know this bidet exists, i bought them. I changed every bothroom and now my kids don’t want to use toilet anywhere else as the seats keeps you warm especially in cold new england winter nights and cleans you thoroughly. 6 years and still working as new!
