PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Upgrade your lifestyle with the Bio Bidet Supreme BB-1000 bidet seat. It offers luxury features at the best available price. Known throughout the industry for having the strongest spray, the BB-1000 is a workhorse that offers all the features you’d expect from a top line bidet. BB-1000 is fully featured and truly the most advanced and complete bidet seat in the industry. It’s also our pick for Seniors, and those with Mobility Issues.
The Supreme BB-1000 comes packed with all the luxury features you could want such as the heated seat, heated air dryer, massage, and oscillating mode. Experience full control over preference with options such as adjusting nozzle position, pressure, and temperature.
You can also control the temperature of the heated seat and air dryer. The 3-in-1 nozzle system includes the signature vortex water stream, excellent posterior wash, and softer feminine wash with bubble infusion technology. The BB1000's sibling, the Bio Bidet Prestige BB800, is very similar except the controls are side mounted. The following are some of the features that makes the BB1000 an outstanding choice:
No cold-water shocks, ever.... With the specially engineered tank reservoir for Heated Water. Dependable and performance-driven, the tank type water reservoir is known for its steady stream output and consistent temperature. No cold-water shocks and no fluctuation in the water stream. The tank reservoir is the gold standard in bidet heating methods known for its low energy consumption and solid performance. Since the water is already stored and heated in the tank, you only receive your desired temperature upon selecting it and the water pressure remains steady from start to finish.
Wireless Remote is easy to use and operate. Using the toilet and a bidet should be quick and easy. You shouldn't need a manual to figure out how the remote works. We have far more better things to do than trying to decipher which combination of buttons does what.
The Supreme BB1000 remote control is one of the easiest to use with some of the largest buttons found on any bidet remote. Straightforward with full visibility, all main functions are directly on the interface, so you don't need to remember a combo code to unlock an everyday feature.
Efficient, Adjustable and Satisfying Water Stream with Aerated Bubble Technology. The BB1000 Supreme's water pressure and cleansing abilities cannot be beat. Due to the superior technology of the aeration method and the patented 3-in-1 nozzle system, the water stream is always full and provides maximum cleaning. The powerful built-in motor keeps the stream consistent to your preference whether it is the gentle feminine wash or the robust posterior wash. Another feature on the Prestige BB1000 Supreme is the exclusive and patented Vortex wash (also known as Enema wash) which works as an effective and natural way to assist with bowel movements.
The Prestige BB1000 Supreme, is Bio Bidet's mid-level model and a good choice for those who are new to bidets and want the most sought after features while not compromising on quality or design. Toilet Seat Measurements Guide, Elongated vs. Round Elongated seat is oval shaped seats which is about 2" longer than a round bowl and often found to be more comfortable but in small bathroom, a round bowl can save space.
Toilet Type Guide, 1PC vs. 2PC One piece toilet has the toilet housed in one complete unit where two piece toilets has a separate bowl and tank. Offered Bio Bidet seat models are designed to fit all 2 piece toilets and most of 1 piece toilets. Only exception will be rare types of one piece toilets with severe French curves where toilet tank connects to the base of toilet such as type C below. Seats will fit on both A and B but NOT C.
Let customers speak for us
Seat is very comfortable and we use at least 50% less toilet paper.
Enjoying the seat very much.
To Toto bidet is great. Easy to follow instructions, and great service
My order was well packaged, delivered in a reasonable amount of time, and the price was right. I really needed a bidet that was not tankless because the power draw of a tankless model caused bathroom lights to flicker with every use :(. The smaller power demand of the model I purchased makes a big difference. Too bad TOTO has stopped making tankless models.
Our experience has been great. We were about to move to our new house and I ordered two sets of electric japanese bidets from EverFlowBidets because they offered the best deals and they had a very good reputation. I panicked when i unpacked the package and found that one piece (tank) was broken- seems that the shipper didnt handle the fragile package with enough care. I gave customer service a call and they were extremely understanding and helpful. I was able to get a new piece overnight and free of charge. Much appreciated!
I did a lot of research, settled on this one, and I’m glad I did. Had it about 6 months now- easy install, still tightly attached, no issues with operation at all. Delivered on time, too. Very happy with it!
The ToTo Washlet exceeds expectations. Reasonably priced, delivered as promised, clear directions, installs easily, and works effortlessly.
This bidet has made regular toilets a disappointment. It was super easy to install too with clear instructions and a good manual that talks about how to clean it safely since electronics are involved. Cleaning is also really easy. If you’re someone who has IBS (which was our households motivator for purchasing it), it’s helpful for flare ups and making them less awful by allowing easier cleanup. A side note: the heated seat is something you quickly get used to that you’ll notice the absence of immediately if you then go use a normal toilet.
The only thing we would’ve changed is it probably would’ve been better to get an elongated bidet and switch out our toilet completely. If you’re a bigger person (even from just sheer size), the elongated would probably be better as the round seat is noticeably smaller than a normal toilet’s round toilet seat.
Good delivery and working well
Our Toto KS6 was easy for me to install and provides all of the hoped for comfort and hygienic benefits. Toto remains the standard in washlets.
The company was a pleasure to work with. I wasn't sure I was buying the right product, so I dropped Customer Service an email. Imagine my surprise when the owner of the company called me to answer my question! I received my new bidet, though I'm waiting on an electrician to install an outlet in the bathroom so I can install the bidet. I'll update this review once the product is in. Will absolutely buy from this company again!
The transaction was smooth and customer service was beyond exceptional. Will be making another purchase again in the near future!
We haven’t installed it yet as this is a new build. No issues with receiving and package very well.
I have not had such good customer service, even in a face-to-face store. Already have my next order planned for when I do the other bathroom. Neal was an absolute delight to work with. Not just anyone, the owner of the company
The company said 2 days and I thought "no way". Was delivered in two days and my husband loves it too!
I'd purchased a bidet from another company & started second-guessing my purchase. While reading online reviews I ran across a stellar review about Neal @ EverFlow Bidet. I gave Neal a call. He was magnificent. My husband has Parkinsons with balance issues, along with incontinence. We have support rails on all 3 of our toilets. Our concern - could we use our type of support rail on the new bidet? Neal asked me to send him a photo of our support rails so there was no confusion about the type we had. The answer was no. However, Neal researched on-line & found another portable, collapsible support rail that might work & e-mailed me options. In follow-up conversations, Neal worked with me to suggest different bidet styles & reviewed the pros & cons of each one. We finally made our purchase knowing we could have a bidet without giving up support rails. The bidet arrived. Neal had mentioned he pays extra for packaging to ensure the bidet arrives at our door safe & sound. That comment was not an exaggeration. It took our plumber 2 hours to remove old toilet & install new bidet toilet combo. The manual from ToTo was easy to read with clear graphics. The product is quality to match Neal's customer service.
