The ANZZI ENVO Echo smart bidet toilet leaves conventional thinking behind and brings your bathroom into the future of personal cleanliness. The warm water jets clean you better than toilet paper ever could. Easy and sanitary hands-free operation — thanks to motion sensor, foot sensor, and remote control — lets you go from start to flush without touching a single component. It’s eco-friendly too: you’ll use no toilet paper, minimal electricity, and less water per flush than a standard toilet.
This tankless, floor-mounted smart toilet features a sleek skirted design with a concealed trapway for easy cleaning. The elongated bowl sits at a comfortable 15.75" seat height, and the powerful 1.28 GPF flush system conserves water without sacrificing performance. Standard 12" rough-in fits most bathroom configurations. Uses 120V power with a 2.78 ft power cord.
The integrated bidet seat delivers a luxurious experience with three spray modes (Weak/Child wash, Strong/Lady care wash, Strong wash), adjustable water temperature and pressure, a heated seat, warm air dryer, and automatic deodorizer. The UV-sterilizing nozzle kills 99.9% of bacteria for superior hygiene. The seat features auto open/close via motion sensor, foot sensor, or remote control, plus convenient 4-way flushing (auto flush, foot sensor flush, remote flush, and manual).

The company was a pleasure to work with. I wasn't sure I was buying the right product, so I dropped Customer Service an email. Imagine my surprise when the owner of the company called me to answer my question! I received my new bidet, though I'm waiting on an electrician to install an outlet in the bathroom so I can install the bidet. I'll update this review once the product is in. I'd purchased a bidet from another company & started second-guessing my purchase. While reading online reviews I ran across a stellar review about Neal @ EverFlow Bidet. I gave Neal a call. He was magnificent. My husband has Parkinsons with balance issues, along with incontinence. We have support rails on all 3 of our toilets. Our concern - could we use our type of support rail on the new bidet? Neal asked me to send him a photo of our support rails so there was no confusion about the type we had. The answer was no. However, Neal researched on-line & found another portable, collapsible support rail that might work & e-mailed me options. In follow-up conversations, Neal worked with me to suggest different bidet styles & reviewed the pros & cons of each one. We finally made our purchase knowing we could have a bidet without giving up support rails. The bidet arrived. Neal had mentioned he pays extra for packaging to ensure the bidet arrives at our door safe & sound. That comment was not an exaggeration. It took our plumber 2 hours to remove old toilet & install new bidet toilet combo. The manual from ToTo was easy to read with clear graphics. The product is quality to match Neal's customer service.
Is a great product, easy install, ran into some shipping issues but folks at Everflow were great to work with, they ultimately got things resolved so that I received the product in a timely manner.

We ordered a high-end bidet from EverFlow about two weeks ago, and the product showed up within days, not weeks. Unfortunately, the courier damaged it during transit. I was pretty nervous about what dealing with customer service on an issue like this was going to look like.
Much to my surprise, when I called, I ended up speaking directly with the owner of the company. He was incredibly kind, apologetic, and genuinely concerned about making the situation right. There was no runaround and no arguing over whose fault it was. He simply took ownership of the problem and immediately got a replacement unit on the road.
From the original order to receiving the replacement, the entire process took barely over two weeks.

Replaced all 4 toilets in our home and all are performing identically after more than 6 months in service -- a testament to the product's overall quality control. Control panel is easy to navigate for daily use while "set & forget" functions (seat heat & energy savings settings, night light, etc.) require reference to the owner's manual. Neal was refreshingly informative and even passed some bulk shipment savings on to us for the palletized arrival. Couldn't be happier!
