The TOTO® WASHLET+ Eco Guinevere One-Piece Elongated 1.28 GPF Universal Height Skirted Toilet WASHLET S5 Bidet Seat exemplifies TOTO’s mark of excellence: “People Planet Water.” Eco Guinevere features a sleek, one-piece design that will immediately beautify the appearance of your bathroom while proving easier to keep clean than a standard two-piece toilet.
Eco Guinevere features TOTO’s TORNADO FLUSH®, a powerful hole-free rim design with dual-nozzles that create a centrifugal washing action to assist in rinsing the bowl more efficiently. TOTO's CEFIONTECT adds a layer of exceptionally smooth glaze to the bowl that minimizes waste from sticking to the ceramic.
Includes the remote operated WASHLET S5 electric bidet toilet seat with 5 adjustable water and temperature settings, heated seat, 4-user memory storage settings, and warm water reservoir. TOTO WASHLET helps to reduce the need for toilet paper, saving trees and water used to manufacture each roll.
Eco Guinevere is ADA compliant and meets the standards for EPA WaterSense®, and California’s CEC and CALGreen requirements. WASHLET+ Eco Guinevere has a left-hand chrome trip lever and includes mounting and installation hardware.

I'd purchased a bidet from another company & started second-guessing my purchase. While reading online reviews I ran across a stellar review about Neal @ EverFlow Bidet. I gave Neal a call. He was magnificent. My husband has Parkinsons with balance issues, along with incontinence. We have support rails on all 3 of our toilets. Our concern - could we use our type of support rail on the new bidet? Neal asked me to send him a photo of our support rails so there was no confusion about the type we had. The answer was no. However, Neal researched on-line & found another portable, collapsible support rail that might work & e-mailed me options. In follow-up conversations, Neal worked with me to suggest different bidet styles & reviewed the pros & cons of each one. We finally made our purchase knowing we could have a bidet without giving up support rails. The bidet arrived. Neal had mentioned he pays extra for packaging to ensure the bidet arrives at our door safe & sound. That comment was not an exaggeration. It took our plumber 2 hours to remove old toilet & install new bidet toilet combo. The manual from ToTo was easy to read with clear graphics. The product is quality to match Neal's customer service.
Is a great product, easy install, ran into some shipping issues but folks at Everflow were great to work with, they ultimately got things resolved so that I received the product in a timely manner.

We ordered a high-end bidet from EverFlow about two weeks ago, and the product showed up within days, not weeks. Unfortunately, the courier damaged it during transit. I was pretty nervous about what dealing with customer service on an issue like this was going to look like.
Much to my surprise, when I called, I ended up speaking directly with the owner of the company. He was incredibly kind, apologetic, and genuinely concerned about making the situation right. There was no runaround and no arguing over whose fault it was. He simply took ownership of the problem and immediately got a replacement unit on the road.
From the original order to receiving the replacement, the entire process took barely over two weeks.
That is one of the most impressive customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Problems happen, especially when third-party freight companies are involved. What separates great companies is how they respond when something goes wrong.

Replaced all 4 toilets in our home and all are performing identically after more than 6 months in service -- a testament to the product's overall quality control. Control panel is easy to navigate for daily use while "set & forget" functions (seat heat & energy savings settings, night light, etc.) require reference to the owner's manual. Neal was refreshingly informative and even passed some bulk shipment savings on to us for the palletized arrival. Couldn't be happier!

I didn’t know a toilet could change my worldview, but then I met the TOTO S7A Washlet.
This is not merely a bidet. It is a tiny, porcelain-adjacent butler who appears to have been trained at a five-star Japanese spa. The seat warms itself. The lid opens like the arrival of royalty. A gentle pre-mist prepares the porcelain. And then, when the moment arrives, a perfectly aimed stream of warm water performs its exceedingly dignified work.
There are settings. So many settings. At this point, I am less concerned with “going to the bathroom” than I am with curating an experience.
The heated seat alone feels like a small act of civilization. The deodorizer quietly handles the evidence. The dryer offers a dignified conclusion. And the whole production happens with such technological confidence that you begin to wonder why the rest of your house isn’t also operated by a Japanese engineer with impeccable manners.
The S7A has ruined ordinary toilets for me. A conventional toilet now feels like a primitive ceramic bucket—an artifact from an era when humanity apparently believed wiping with dry paper was the pinnacle of sanitation.

A new shoulder on March 4 2026 and the first bidet installed three days prior. The second one two weeks after the surgery. Both work perfectly. Thinking about putting one in our second home in Calistoga. Highly recommend a bidet.

Growing up i am used to use water to clean the tushy and moving to US was a challenge as there is now hand shower or wet wipes. Once i got to know this bidet exists, i bought them. I changed every bothroom and now my kids don’t want to use toilet anywhere else as the seats keeps you warm especially in cold new england winter nights and cleans you thoroughly. 6 years and still working as new!
