The TOTO KS6 WASHLET® Elongated Electric Bidet Toilet Seat, SW3946#01, with Tankless Instantaneous Water Heating with PREMIST® and SoftClose® Lid is an electronic luxury toilet seat that cleanses you with warm water, providing an exceptionally fresh feeling.
Unlike traditional toilet paper that can often be rough and ineffective, the WASHLET® quickly provides endless comfortable warm water cleansing at the touch of a button. A once mundane trip to the bathroom can become a spa-like experience with the addition of a WASHLET®.
The TOTO® WASHLET® KS6 features instantaneous water heating with five spray settings for front and rear washing, including an optional oscillating or pulsating stream. Equipped with a nightlight, comfortable heated seat, warm air dryer, and a deodorizer to neutralize odors and enhance your overall experience. The illuminated remote control can be handheld or mounted to the wall for convenient use.
PREMIST® wets the surface of the toilet bowl, aiding in the removal of waste and resulting in a better clean. The new KS6 model utilizes TOTO's EWATER+® system when the wand self-cleans. EWATER+ transforms the water into a safe and powerful compound, creating peace of mind by cleaning the inside and outside of the wand before and after every use as well as between each setting selection.

I'd purchased a bidet from another company & started second-guessing my purchase. While reading online reviews I ran across a stellar review about Neal @ EverFlow Bidet. I gave Neal a call. He was magnificent. My husband has Parkinsons with balance issues, along with incontinence. We have support rails on all 3 of our toilets. Our concern - could we use our type of support rail on the new bidet? Neal asked me to send him a photo of our support rails so there was no confusion about the type we had. The answer was no. However, Neal researched on-line & found another portable, collapsible support rail that might work & e-mailed me options. In follow-up conversations, Neal worked with me to suggest different bidet styles & reviewed the pros & cons of each one. We finally made our purchase knowing we could have a bidet without giving up support rails. The bidet arrived. Neal had mentioned he pays extra for packaging to ensure the bidet arrives at our door safe & sound. That comment was not an exaggeration. It took our plumber 2 hours to remove old toilet & install new bidet toilet combo. The manual from ToTo was easy to read with clear graphics. The product is quality to match Neal's customer service.
Is a great product, easy install, ran into some shipping issues but folks at Everflow were great to work with, they ultimately got things resolved so that I received the product in a timely manner.

Control panel is easy to navigate for daily use while "set & forget" functions (seat heat & energy savings settings, night light, etc.) require reference to the owner's manual. I didn’t know a toilet could change my worldview, but then I met the TOTO S7A Washlet.
This is not merely a bidet. It is a tiny, porcelain-adjacent butler who appears to have been trained at a five-star Japanese spa. The seat warms itself. The lid opens like the arrival of royalty. A gentle pre-mist prepares the porcelain. And then, when the moment arrives, a perfectly aimed stream of warm water performs its exceedingly dignified work.
There are settings. So many settings. At this point, I am less concerned with “going to the bathroom” than I am with curating an experience.
The heated seat alone feels like a small act of civilization. The deodorizer quietly handles the evidence. The dryer offers a dignified conclusion. And the whole production happens with such technological confidence that you begin to wonder why the rest of your house isn’t also operated by a Japanese engineer with impeccable manners.
The S7A has ruined ordinary toilets for me. A conventional toilet now feels like a primitive ceramic bucket—an artifact from an era when humanity apparently believed wiping with dry paper was the pinnacle of sanitation.

A new shoulder on March 4 2026 and the first bidet installed three days prior. The second one two weeks after the surgery. Both work perfectly. Thinking about putting one in our second home in Calistoga. Highly recommend a bidet.

Growing up i am used to use water to clean the tushy and moving to US was a challenge as there is now hand shower or wet wipes. Once i got to know this bidet exists, i bought them. I changed every bothroom and now my kids don’t want to use toilet anywhere else as the seats keeps you warm especially in cold new england winter nights and cleans you thoroughly. 6 years and still working as new!
