The TOTO WASHLET+® Nexus 1G One-Piece Elongated 1.0 GPF Toilet and Contemporary Auto Flush WASHLET S7 Bidet Seat is designed to conceal the WASHLET+ power cord and water supply hose for a seamless installation.
The WASHLET S7 features TOTO's technologically advanced EWATER+® system that mists the wand and toilet bowl, reducing the need for harsh cleaning chemicals. PREMIST® wets the surface of the toilet bowl, aiding in the removal of waste and resulting in a better clean.
The TOTO WASHLET S7 is operated by a luxury style illuminated touch button remote with 4-user memory storage to save preferred settings. The WASHLET features 5 spray settings, heated seat, and instantaneous water heating. The newly redesigned lid style resides flush with the toilet bowl, providing a streamline look and giving the impression of an integrated system.
The minimalistic display provides a more subdued appearance to your WASHLET. Skirted Design toilets also minimize the need to reach behind the bowl to clean the nooks and crannies of the exterior trapway. New Auto Flush kit provides a hands-free automatic flush after every use. No need to touch buttons or handles, and never worry about someone forgetting to flush.
The TOTO Nexus 1G features TOTO’s industry leading 1G technology, offering a powerful flush that flushes completely and fully with only one gallon of water. The TORNADO FLUSH system has a hole-free rim design with dual-nozzles that creates a centrifugal washing action that assists in rinsing the bowl more efficiently. This version of the TOTO Nexus includes CEFIONTECT, a layer of ceramic glaze that minimizes waste from sticking to ceramic surfaces. CEFIONTECT, EWATER+®, and TORNADO FLUSH create a synergy that optimizes performance to reduce the frequency of toilet cleanings, minimizing the usage of water, harsh chemicals, and time required for cleaning.
The Nexus comes ready for install into a 12" rough-in, but may be adapted for a 14" rough-in with the purchase of a separately sold adapter. Additional items needed for installation must be purchased separately: wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, and toilet water supply lines. Compatible with T40 WASHLET+ toilet bowl components only.

I'd purchased a bidet from another company & started second-guessing my purchase. While reading online reviews I ran across a stellar review about Neal @ EverFlow Bidet. I gave Neal a call. He was magnificent. My husband has Parkinsons with balance issues, along with incontinence. We have support rails on all 3 of our toilets. Our concern - could we use our type of support rail on the new bidet? Neal asked me to send him a photo of our support rails so there was no confusion about the type we had. The answer was no. However, Neal researched on-line & found another portable, collapsible support rail that might work & e-mailed me options. In follow-up conversations, Neal worked with me to suggest different bidet styles & reviewed the pros & cons of each one. We finally made our purchase knowing we could have a bidet without giving up support rails. The bidet arrived. Neal had mentioned he pays extra for packaging to ensure the bidet arrives at our door safe & sound. That comment was not an exaggeration. It took our plumber 2 hours to remove old toilet & install new bidet toilet combo. The manual from ToTo was easy to read with clear graphics. The product is quality to match Neal's customer service.
Is a great product, easy install, ran into some shipping issues but folks at Everflow were great to work with, they ultimately got things resolved so that I received the product in a timely manner.

We ordered a high-end bidet from EverFlow about two weeks ago, and the product showed up within days, not weeks. Unfortunately, the courier damaged it during transit. I was pretty nervous about what dealing with customer service on an issue like this was going to look like.
Much to my surprise, when I called, I ended up speaking directly with the owner of the company. He was incredibly kind, apologetic, and genuinely concerned about making the situation right. There was no runaround and no arguing over whose fault it was. He simply took ownership of the problem and immediately got a replacement unit on the road.
From the original order to receiving the replacement, the entire process took barely over two weeks.

Replaced all 4 toilets in our home and all are performing identically after more than 6 months in service -- a testament to the product's overall quality control. Control panel is easy to navigate for daily use while "set & forget" functions (seat heat & energy savings settings, night light, etc.) require reference to the owner's manual. Neal was refreshingly informative and even passed some bulk shipment savings on to us for the palletized arrival. Couldn't be happier!

I didn’t know a toilet could change my worldview, but then I met the TOTO S7A Washlet.
This is not merely a bidet. It is a tiny, porcelain-adjacent butler who appears to have been trained at a five-star Japanese spa. The seat warms itself. The lid opens like the arrival of royalty. A gentle pre-mist prepares the porcelain. And then, when the moment arrives, a perfectly aimed stream of warm water performs its exceedingly dignified work.
There are settings. So many settings. At this point, I am less concerned with “going to the bathroom” than I am with curating an experience.
The heated seat alone feels like a small act of civilization. The deodorizer quietly handles the evidence. The dryer offers a dignified conclusion. And the whole production happens with such technological confidence that you begin to wonder why the rest of your house isn’t also operated by a Japanese engineer with impeccable manners.
The S7A has ruined ordinary toilets for me. A conventional toilet now feels like a primitive ceramic bucket—an artifact from an era when humanity apparently believed wiping with dry paper was the pinnacle of sanitation.

A new shoulder on March 4 2026 and the first bidet installed three days prior. The second one two weeks after the surgery. Both work perfectly. Thinking about putting one in our second home in Calistoga. Highly recommend a bidet.

Growing up i am used to use water to clean the tushy and moving to US was a challenge as there is now hand shower or wet wipes. Once i got to know this bidet exists, i bought them. I changed every bothroom and now my kids don’t want to use toilet anywhere else as the seats keeps you warm especially in cold new england winter nights and cleans you thoroughly. 6 years and still working as new!
