The simplest way into a TOTO WASHLET.
The A2 takes a deliberately pared-back approach to bidet cleansing. It gives you the essentials — warm water washing and a heated seat — at the lowest price TOTO offers, without the automated bowl-cleaning technology found on the C-series and S-series models. If you want TOTO build quality and don't need the extras, this is the one.

Warm water cleansing
The A2 delivers a gentle aerated, warm water dual-action spray with a cycling oscillation feature, offering front and rear wash modes. Water temperature and volume are both adjustable, so you can set the wash to your own preference. A tank-type water heater supplies enough warm water for a standard cleaning cycle.
A heated seat, adjustable to your comfort
The contoured seat is heated with adjustable temperature control, which makes a genuine difference in winter. The SoftClose seat and lid lower quietly rather than dropping.
Controls on the seat
The A2 uses a side arm control panel with illuminated buttons rather than a wireless remote. The buttons are easy to read in low light. If reaching and turning are difficult for you, we'd point you toward a remote-controlled model instead — give us a call and we'll help you compare.
Easy to install and easy to clean
Installation is a straightforward do-it-yourself job on most standard elongated toilets, using your existing water supply. The docking station with quick-release lets you take the seat off in seconds for cleaning underneath.

Please also note:
- The A2 is not WASHLET+ compatible — do not attempt to route the hose or cord through the top of a WASHLET+ toilet bowl.
- The A2 may not fit certain toilet bowl designs. If you're unsure, call us before ordering and we'll check.
- The A2 does not include a warm air dryer, deodorizer, nightlight or wireless remote. If you want those features, look at the TOTO S5 or the Bio Bidet BB-1000.
Warranty: Because we are a TOTO Authorized Dealer, you are entitled to their standard 1 Year Limited Warranty.

Installation cost and avilability
Hi Malathi, we have the A2 in stock and ready to ship. The bidet seat is very easy to install so you may not need to pay anyone to install it.

The bidet seat requires electricity to heat the water, seat, wash functions, etc. Without electricity.....it's back to the stone age.

I'd purchased a bidet from another company & started second-guessing my purchase. While reading online reviews I ran across a stellar review about Neal @ EverFlow Bidet. I gave Neal a call. He was magnificent. My husband has Parkinsons with balance issues, along with incontinence. We have support rails on all 3 of our toilets. Is a great product, easy install, ran into some shipping issues but folks at Everflow were great to work with, they ultimately got things resolved so that I received the product in a timely manner.

We ordered a high-end bidet from EverFlow about two weeks ago, and the product showed up within days, not weeks. Unfortunately, the courier damaged it during transit. I was pretty nervous about what dealing with customer service on an issue like this was going to look like.
Much to my surprise, when I called, I ended up speaking directly with the owner of the company. He was incredibly kind, apologetic, and genuinely concerned about making the situation right. There was no runaround and no arguing over whose fault it was. He simply took ownership of the problem and immediately got a replacement unit on the road.
From the original order to receiving the replacement, the entire process took barely over two weeks.

Control panel is easy to navigate for daily use while "set & forget" functions (seat heat & energy savings settings, night light, etc.) require reference to the owner's manual. I didn’t know a toilet could change my worldview, but then I met the TOTO S7A Washlet.
This is not merely a bidet. It is a tiny, porcelain-adjacent butler who appears to have been trained at a five-star Japanese spa. The seat warms itself. The lid opens like the arrival of royalty. A gentle pre-mist prepares the porcelain. And then, when the moment arrives, a perfectly aimed stream of warm water performs its exceedingly dignified work.
There are settings. So many settings. At this point, I am less concerned with “going to the bathroom” than I am with curating an experience.
The heated seat alone feels like a small act of civilization. The deodorizer quietly handles the evidence. The dryer offers a dignified conclusion. And the whole production happens with such technological confidence that you begin to wonder why the rest of your house isn’t also operated by a Japanese engineer with impeccable manners.
The S7A has ruined ordinary toilets for me. A conventional toilet now feels like a primitive ceramic bucket—an artifact from an era when humanity apparently believed wiping with dry paper was the pinnacle of sanitation.

A new shoulder on March 4 2026 and the first bidet installed three days prior. The second one two weeks after the surgery. Both work perfectly. Thinking about putting one in our second home in Calistoga. Highly recommend a bidet.

Growing up i am used to use water to clean the tushy and moving to US was a challenge as there is now hand shower or wet wipes. Once i got to know this bidet exists, i bought them. I changed every bothroom and now my kids don’t want to use toilet anywhere else as the seats keeps you warm especially in cold new england winter nights and cleans you thoroughly. 6 years and still working as new!
